Return & Exchange Policy
At Parv Jewellers, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can easily request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

- Fill in your order details and submit the form.
- Our team will review your request and schedule a pickup within 24–48 hours.
Conditions- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
- No Refunds are made to original payment Method.
- Once your return is approved and received, you’ll receive a discount code (equal to your order amount) which you can use for your next purchase at Parv Jewellers.
Exchanges- We offer free exchanges in case of size issues. Although the second exchange is paid and a fee of Rupees 150 must be submitted for the same.
- For other products, exchanges are subject to availability.
Additional Notes
- Pickups are free and scheduled within 24–48 hours after your request is approved.
- Please ensure the product is packed into original packaging securely to avoid damage during return transit
- The replacement product will be dispatched within 24 hours after the return pickup of your previous item is successfully completed..

Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be issued for any cancellations. However, exchanges are allowed for prepaid orders, provided the request is made within 48 hours of receiving the product and the item is in its original condition. If a partially paid order is returned to origin (RTO) due to an incorrect address or non-receipt, no refund will be provided, and an additional charge of ₹100 must be paid to reship the parcel.
Any partially paid amount is non-refundable, if cancellation occurs.
All disputes, legal claims, or cases arising out of any transaction with Parv Jewelers shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Banswara, Rajasthan.
